With reference to your letter of 10th instant and previous correspondence on the subject of the exclusion of a certain case from the Summary Jurisdiction official cause list for 27th ult., I have the honour to inform you that after hearing this day the oral defences of Messrs. Rahman and Sales in Executive Council, and after consideration by the Council thereof and of the correspondence commencing with Your Honour's letter of 9th instant
